In the event of a lost or damaged piece, Piercing Pandemonium will ship a replacement order at no additional cost. Pricing for this method of shipment is a flat rate of $16.00. Piercing Pandemonium highly recommends this method of shipment. The second method is to use USPS 1st class mail with a delivery confirmation number. This form of shipment is offered at a discounted price. Please be advised the tracking number provided will ONLY track shipments in the United States. It has been our experience that this number does not work with most other countries postal systems. International customers must follow up with their own postal service to track shipments.
